Overview & History
Founded in 2018 as Obrightey Enterprise, we became Obrightey LTD in 2024. Headquartered in Accra, Pantang, we operate across Northern Ghana, Ejura-Sekyedumase, and Bono East.
Agriculture is the backbone of Ghana’s economy, yet smallholder farmers—the true heroes of our food system—often face daunting challenges: limited access to modern tools, unpredictable markets, and the growing threats of climate change.

Founded as Obrightey Enterprise by Justice Kwaku Oppong, our journey began with a single tractor and a bold mission: to empower smallholder farmers in Ghana’s Ashanti Region with affordable mechanization.
Began operations with 3 staff
In 2021, Obrightey Enterprise took a decisive leap forward by launching full field operations in Northern Ghana. With a lean but dedicated team of 3 staff members, we introduced our core mechanization services—ploughing, harrowing, and threshing—to smallholder farmers grappling with labor shortages and outdated tools.

This pivotal year marked our formal incorporation as Obrightey LTD, reflecting our evolution from a local service provider to a national agribusiness solutions partner.
